Honestly? Absolutely fantastic. They are friendly, prompt, professional, have the up most care for their employees. They take their role very seriously & certainly deliver. I have honestly found if your honest, friendly & respectful, be prepared to receive the same in return. I have never had an issue with McArthur. Not even the slightest. They have always gone over and beyond to look after me. Reception is warm, welcoming & professional. My very first time coming into the main office at Mcathur, I was made to feel comfortable by reception. They offered me tea/coffee. They receive such a high volume of calls but still are wonderful. Second time I came in, it was exactly the same. I have never been so well taken care of by a company such as Mcarhur. I believe credit is where credit is due. Hence my review. Hope others have found this insightful and helpful.

These are the worst employment people in the history of mankind. Sure the people smile and act nice but they have no idea about the industry's they are employing for.They are punctual but also obtuse. They continue to recommend complete morons who can only blow their own trumpets and lack the intelligence to see intelligence.

McArthur is only good if you have no previous experience in the aged care industry. However, do not work for them if you have hands on experience or another job. They will waste your time with their 1-2hrs shifts.

Of my 20 years in teaching, they have been the best employers. Thank you to the wonderful staff in the early childhood team. Very supportive, considerate and kind.

Recruiters are really nice and friendly. However there was an manic feel to the place. Reception did not know what was happening most of the time. No offer for water, wrong information was provided. It felt sloppy.

Worst experience i have ever had with a job interview. If you have ever injured yourself at work even when it isnt your fault do not go threw this agency. They finish interview as soon as you are honest. And even though job i was going for i was exceptionally suited for they never even passed on my resume or application for consideration the reception staff are rude towards you as well talk to you like you are middle class. Worst experience i have ever had .

Poor communication and recruitment strategies. Was booked in for an interview with this agency and given information from one recruiter which was contrary to advice given by another recruiter relating to dates and times of interview and assessment. Ended up having to cancel the interview due to not completing the online assessment which is as useful for determining a suitable candidate as playing a few rounds of candy crush. By this point I was too turned off to argue my point. I have been in the public service for over 10 years and this has been the first time I have applied through a recruitment agency and between the poor communication and the cheap and childish online assessment process (which kept logging me out) im dumbfounded why a federal government department would use the services of such a recruiter

Excellent staff and organisational values. They really care about both clients and their workforce. As an applicant, I love that they share your resume within the business and you hear about ALL suitable roles, not just the ones the consultant you registered with initially has available. Can't recommend enough.
