Tracey, Kellie and the MBCM crew on Grantham Street manage our 1970s apartment block and do the most fantastic job. They’re super efficient, great communicators and always friendly. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was involved in researching OC Management options for our Committee around five years ago and advocated to change to OC management to MBCM. (I'm not in the same block as @Vincent Rathbone btw!).It was such a good move! For a very modest increase in annual contributions (compared to our previous Manager) we got a quantum improvement in service; our AGMs went from being excruciating to effective and productive, and the office supported our efforts to progress more tasks throughout the year too.Like one of the other reviewers below, I'd particularly highlight the quality of advice from Tracy and her steadfastness in helping our committee work through complex and persistent problems.Let me state clearly that based on substantial interactions with Tracy over the years I've neither seen nor heard of anything that would substantiate the embittered and very personal attacks in some of the recent negative reviews I've just seen (I'm not in the same block as them either, btw).[Note that I see two other very positive reviews from names I recognise from our committee, so take that into your sample size consideration]

Non respective Of their clients, abusive and do not even Investige the property they claim they are representing under the body corporate management corporation. They don't respond to emails and evade every body corporate regulation you question THEM OVER either their non compliant with body corporate regulation for their non duty and care or they just ignore you when you ask too many questions. How can they represent you as managers of body corporate when they do NOT EVER, NOT EVEN ANNUALLY inspect your property and advise? Storm pits, never checked, exterior buildings, gardens, painting uniformity and general maintenance ignored, presentation never ever checked. They are only accountants who claim they are presiding by the body corporate act but all they are doing is NOTHING!! just taking your quarterly fees and doing what any accountant would do, just pay the communal bills. Had them for over 8 years and they have done NOTHING TO IMPROOVE OUR PROPERTY OF 12 at all in those years. The same issues of repair and consideration is always left for the following year to debate on again and again. Same issues every year.nothing gets done over the many years they have taken over . Just taking our money and not acting by the regulations outlined. ABSOLUTELY RIPPING US OFF!!Someone should put a stop to false agencies of management like this, who claim they are body corporate managers and do not independently represent the owners as they should. Fairly, equally and bythe rules respectfully.The owner OF THIS BUSINESS speaks highly OF herself carrying her family name and legacy. Shame on you!!!!@ You have not done your family or clients any legacy or good will. You Are just a stay at home mum led by a group of unqualified juniors you pay peanuts, to run your so called and disgraced body corporate manage ment???? Wake up and read the reviews . I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tracy and her team at MBCM Brunswick. She's helped with a number of difficult issues, some of which have been complex, with excellent communication and always with professionalism. The team has a wealth of knowledge and is always up to date with the ever changing OC environment.

VERY ABUSIVE AND THREATENING OVER THE PHONE, my self and other property owners were talked into changing from our previous Body Corp managers to MBCM, what a monumental mistake.I was late paynig my fees and now they're threatening to take me to VCAT AND they expect me to pay for their legal costs, we all thought that they would help sought out the issues we were having with our apartment block but they're no better than the previous managers and at the next Body Corp meeting I will not hesitate to persuade the other owners in dumping MBCM, we've done it before and there's absolutely nothing stopping us from doing it again.

MBCM Brunswick has run our Owners Corp extremely well.MBCM, and Tracy in particular, have navigated difficult situations, with difficult personalities, very professionally and adeptly.MBCM have been thrown some very big problems (financial and practical) by the property and MBCM, especially Tracy, have managed it all very professionally (and put in much effort and time to deal with the difficult owners) to do the best for all the owners and the property.

I have owned a property managed by MBCM Brunswick for 12 years.More recently, the OC I belong to has had to navigate Govt Audited combustible cladding remediation. It has been an arduous task thru unprecedented territory. Tracey Kuiper, DIRECTOR MBCM , Brunswick office has provided outstanding service. Her Communication skills are excellent, she is efficient, knowledgeable and responds adeptly to time sensitive matters. I have build a rare confidence in her service provision.

Tracy has managed our apartment block in West Brunswick since we bought in nearly 6 years ago. The service Tracy and her team provides has always gone way beyond our expectations.
