So disappointed. Had been going to this pharmacy for over 3 years, only to realise a couple months ago that all those years I was paying double for my prescription medication compared to all other pharmacies. You should be ashamed to charge such exorbitant pricing. I now shop elsewhere for my $12.99 medication that you charged me $28 for.

This particular pharmacy is top shelf.. The pharmacy assistant recently won best pharmacy assistant in Australia! That is, in that group of pharmacies, which I think includes all Guardian and Amcal chemists, and it is extremely well deserved, Sheena(i hope this is the correct spelling) is absolutely lovely, and knows her stuff! Every single pharmacist here is very knowledgeable, and will actually happily help with any queries.. I have always found all the staff particularly lovely and friendly, and have visited this chemist many many times, I highly recommend it

Scripts are double the cost of every other chemist I have been to. Last time I said something and they dropped it to the regular price. This time I was in a rush and realised but just needed to get to work. Not be stopping here again

Just wanted to thank the staff at Guardian chemist for delivering my medication to my home today whilst I'm in ISO. The service and the smile was fantastic. Thanks! Whilst the prescription costs are probably more than in other chemists, these folks came through with great service which is priceless.

Went on a Sunday couple of weeks ago and there was a rude lady in her 50s or more maybe that was abrupt and seemed miserable. She really wanted to make her authority felt and must be so unhappy .Usually the staff are nice other times but we will never go there again so they will lose business due to that lady’s behaviour. She is not good for that business and has no idea how to give customer service and make them feel welcomed.
