I ordered through uber eats but no delivery because they couldn't find a uber delivery driver now they had my order for over 30 minutes after 10minutes of not being able to find a delivery person they just kept my order waiting now I've paid for a meal and $42 not bloody happy at all.

I personally ordered at the shop. The person I spoke to was a bit vague so I explained clearly what I wanted. When I got home one piece of fish was missing. Over the phone they told me they had made a mistake, I wasn’t charged for the fish, and I was welcome to come back and reorder. Get someone on the counter who can understand English. I’ll never return.

Had to go instore as menulog messed up the order, the two people I spoke to were absolutely lovely!! Food is delicious, same with the caramel thickshake. coming here again and again!

Got some really nice top of the shelf chips from these guys! So crispy, honestly best chips and of course that good ol’ highlander burger was to die for best burger I have had in years!

Like this place most of the time but there is some inconsistency in their food. Sometimes the food isn’t cooked long enough therefore is soggy, I don’t mind waiting longer for the food for and extra minute in the fryer!
