Pro Cleaners Sydney

They have been in my watch list for a while and I finally decided to give them a try. I did not expect that much attention to detail, especially after a few bad experiences with some low budget cleaning companies in the past. They perfectly fit into my busy schedule and I will be glad to recommend them to others.

I'm sure we will have a good and long standing work relationship with so much mending required around the house. I have recently booked a regular service for my office and all of my co-workers love the results. All in all I'm satisfied with the services provided and will continue to use them for a long time.

Pro Cleaners were very responsive, even when I changed my mind about the service I wanted several times. They thoroughly cleaned our four bedroom house prior to us moving in, even though previous owners had left it in a filthy state. This included window washing, carpet cleaning, oven/range hood and dishwasher cleaning, all of which came up sparkling despite being absolute encrusted when the cleaners showed up. They did have to add more time to the clean, but they let me know well in advance and the job they did was worth the extra time.

turned up 2hrs late due to car problems. once they finished i went through the property with my real estate, and they had not cleaned windows properly with marks still very evident. carpets did not look steam cleaned or cleaned at all. the rest was average but passable.after the weekend passed i called monday to chat about the issues still remaining. they said they would look into it and friday called me advising me they go back sunday to fix the problems. i had to however hand the property back on Saturday so them going sunday didnt work. they offered me a 20%disount on my next clean which i declined in lieu of the problems.best thing i did was get some better cleaners to go Saturday and fix all the problems.i would never use these people again, inexperienced and unprofessional.BE CAREFUL!!

I asked Pro Cleaners to clean the communal areas of the apartment, especially the kitchen, cupboards, and living area, however two bathrooms were cleaned instead. One of which had only been cleaned a couple of days before hand and didn't need to be cleaned. Pro Cleaners also tried to add in a carpet clean after I asked for a quote which I didn't agree to. And ended up having to cancel the carpet clean quickly.I was told they cleaned the kitchen but it looked untouched so I took photos and emailed them to Pro Cleaners. They’re response was they can only do as much work as possible between two people in 1.5 hours! And whether I would like to ‘proceed with the paid re-clean for a minimum charge’…that does that even mean?This company is run by cowboys, they are unprofessional and don’t put in the work. Stay clear!

I booked a one bedroom apartment for an after renovation clean. Basically everything was brand new except the windows and front door and had been pre-cleaned by people working onsite but we wanted a more detailed clean prior to showing it for rent.They charge $55/hour per cleaner and they also charge extra if you also want the outside of the windows, etc. My quote came at $389 (2 hours, 2 people plus outside windows).Two people arrived and told me they would need a bit more time to do a very good job, I said that's fine if you have to do an extra half an hour or an hour as long as it's done properly.The cleaners were nice people and polite, nothing rude about them.I left and after half an hour I received a call from the office saying that the cleaners had requested 3 hours more on top (x 2 people that's 6 hours), so that would be a total of 5 hours with 2 people, basically $1,000. I told them that was excessive and they told me that otherwise I was basically accepting that the job would not be good. To me that's called extortion.I told them I would accept 3 more hours between both of them but that's it and I told them to focus on the windows and door.Next day I received a bill for $565 but to my surprise when I went to the unit it was so bad I couldn't believe it. They basically had not touched the frames at all. Essentially I had two options, call another company or clean it myself.To be fair I wrote to the company and they offered me a partial refund but that wouldn't help me. They told me two people would come for an hour to finish the job and I accepted. However when they came they were not prepared at all to clean the windows (no ladder, etc.) and they didn't do that much so we ended up paying the $579 and cleaning it ourselves.Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

I wrote up a list and went through the list with them but the younger guy was on his phone the whole time. They were supposed to deal with the mould under the fridge first but they did other random stuff until my husband prompted the younger one to do the fridge and his reaction made it clear that he had not been paying attention when I gave them the brief. Additionally, the house stank worse after they left than before they came. My husband had to redo the floors and rewipe the counter to get rid of the smell. When he mopped there was still dirt and dust that hadn't been vacuumed and there were still dirty spots on the floor that hadn't been removed when the guys mopped." Overall it was clear that they
