Australian Firefighters Knife Co.

At first glance, the price of this knife may seem a bit much, but after a phone call to the seller, I figured it definitely worth a shot. As I am a farmer, I was looking for a blade that can cut net wrap on hay bales without having to resharpen after every roll. I have tried various knives with very little success.Steve mentioned the blade is made from a very high carbon steel which should hold its edge fairly well. If you look at the promotional video, you will see it go through a seat belt effortlessly. I have tried cutting seat belts & that’s another story!So, I have now cut the net wrap off six rolls & the knife is still holding its edge which is quite remarkable.My only issue is not with the knife at all, but the press stud on the holster which is incredibly tight. That will more than likely loosen after more use.All in all, great Australian knife & made of the quality we once used to see in Australian products.

Awesome quality knife! Fantastic and fast customer service, too. I had an issue with the pouch and when I contacted them to purchase another they replaced it for me free of charge. Great work, highly recommend!
