Such amazing service from Novus. Came in with a smashed rear mirror and panel dent. They explored every possible solution for us and went above and beyond to get us the cheapest, quickest and best fix. Rang around the local wreckers on our behalf and managed to get a good part. Had us booked in the next day and gave us courtesy drop offs to the town centre while we waited. Attention to detail was amazing, they even put our rear curtains back up for us when the job was done. Fast, friendly and efficient!

Contacted on a Monday, would not commit to having job done by Friday. Competitor in town had the glass sent from Perth and completed the job next day.

Repair wasn’t done well.Glass was all over the passenger seat, the windscreen was making a weird noise, and some parts weren’t good replaced (left pieces on the right place and right places on the left) and broken. They forgot to test if it’s waterproof. Overall, No good experience. If you decide to go there don’t let Brandon fix your car. Because he hasn’t enough experience to do it right (in my case)

Ordered windscreen Monday no answering of phone for several days to confirm booking Thursday had to constantly chase them for service and guess what still no windscreen travelled 200km for nothing

Go anywhere else for your windscreen repairs.Got my car back with black stuff all over the interior front pillars. Had only just had them re upholstered a couple of months ago. Not very professional

The team at Novus Auto Glass delivered the best customer service I have ever received. I went to them for a smashed window and it was fixed within 24 hours of requesting a quote. Upon arriving the team drove me to the shops as my glass was repaired then picked me up. The price was affordable and the service from Susan, Dylan and the smash repair team was quite simply outstanding. I cannot speak highly enough of Novus Auto Glass. Thank you everyone!

Waited days for a rear windscreen. The staff said 2 to 3 days delivery. Still was not in 6 days later. Staff happily gave us our deposit back as we had to move on
