Hi my name is Kate I am very disgusted at your staff member Wayne’s attitude towards me early this morning when I asked nicely if I could have a discount of some sort or an extra hour added to my booking essentially for the rocklea team now changed to the Springwood team I would still like to keep my booking but when asked this way a established to me they have been trying to get in contact with me all week which I only seem to see one missed called from the center this week and that was yesterday no other voice messages other then yesterday and when I tried to advise I work full time and don’t finish till late and can’t always answer my phone at work including on breaks I got the attitude and answer of it is what it is and it is not my fault you Didn’t answer your phone i though that attitude was very poor customer service and disgusting no matter “how many” times the centre tried to contact me and I want this to be addressed when I advised Wayne early this morning I would be taking this further too he was very rude again with his choice of words. After this weekend I will not be using your service again and will be leaving a poor review and spreading word of mouth as well. I would like some kind of compensation if it at all possible for how I was treated and as I feel a lack of comm

Kennards donated equipment for our little athletics carnival. They were great to deal with and would recommend anyone looking to hire contact them as the equipment was of good condition.

Absolutely useless hire company, you order equipment to me delivered to site on set time and is always late we never had equipment delivered on time usually is 3-4hours late. Not enough they charge $250 for tow truck both ways and they not on time. Then when you call the office stuff just says ohh it is what it is or they blame different brunch. Absolutely joke of a company definitely not recommending

upon arrive to collect a Ute the was not full we then proceeded to fill Ute and were additional fuel chargers where applied we will not return to this place for any products they offer.when questioned about the charges we where advised the Manager would call us back we are still waiting for that call
