I'm a traveling Yank riding a Multistrada 1200S. I had a rear tire issue after getting off the Sorrento Ferry on my way to the Victorian High Country. I rode to Mornington Ducati where Andrew (service mgr) had me sorted and back on the road in no time. Truly some of the best customer service I have experienced! Thanks

John and Andrew have been great over the years ,, just sent my Diavel to them for belts,service and a bit of a flat spot problem and when I picked up bike it was like a new bike feeling again cheers guys,, great knowledge u both have also on all things Ducati

Had my 12k service done on my V4 Panigale, it had a few small issues which the guys out the back took care of. The bike is running like new again. Andrew made sure the bike was perfect before they handed it back to me. Can’t thank the entire team at Mornington Ducati. Awesome service!

Was there to check a bike standing for ages no one come and assist me to check on the bike i wanted , no other costumer around was thinking someone at least could have at least assist me even ask them about the bike but still no one assist me so decided to leave it was the baddest costumer service ever experience

I was really disappointed with the service that Andrew and John provided. I had arranged to purchase a motorbike from their dealership and paid a deposit. After I paid the deposit, they then told me the motorbike was unavailable and that they had already sold it to someone else. While they gave me my deposit back, I didn’t think this treatment was fair I was really unhappy with my experience.

Short notice electrical repair just before Christmas on my 1098S Andrew kindly squeezed this in. John diagnosed and found a simple problem and fixed while I waited in the shop. John is a GURU. Knowledge form experience is what matters and John is a true GENIUS. I am so grateful to this place and how they helped me. 5 stars is not enough. Thanks Andrew. True testament to what a great business does.
