Excellent customer service, young male pharmacist was very helpful and knowledgeable.

If there was a minus start rating I would give that… Literally when you call them and ask about the medicine availability they could not check it for you… they don not know how to spell some medicine .. to make it worse they cut your phone saying it is not available … pathetic service

Excellent service and friendly staff. Went in just before they close and they took the time to prepare the prescription and making sure the recommend dosage is correct. Happy to support local business.

Terrible customer service. First the lady pharmacist ignored me and as I was looking at her, she decided to attend to me hesitantly. Asked for zinc stick, she gave me an expired stick. Told her it is expired, she said you can go and look for one with a longer expiry date. Got one and took it to the counter, her assistant confidently charged me a dollar more than the actual price despite me telling him the actual price, he said coloured zinc is a dollar more...thinking that I would not re check the price. I had to walk all the way to the shelf just to prove him wrong. Got back my $1, it is not about the money but business ethics... Will never ever go to this place again.

My experience with this pharmacy EVERY time I go in, is absolutely soul shatteringI have non Hodgkin lymphoma. I’m a 33 year old woman. Every time I go in to exchange a rx to this chemist I am criticised and judged.I have been told information that totally disregards what my dr has said. I have been judged for asking if medications interact with anxiety medication, they are extremely against any form of anxiety medication.... but if you had a lump show again for cancer then wouldn’t you be anxious? Also if my dr has prescribed it to me then why do they have to put in there opinion? When I wasn’t even exchanging that rxWhen I questioned the pharmacist for alternative options she blew me off and then laughed with her colleagues as I walked out the door, bending her head down thinking I couldn’t see her but I could.The world is full of cruel things already and you do not need to be judged for trying to help yourselfI am so disgusted and will never return and am also going to be calling consumer affairs so they are aware.Absolutely hurtful and horrible

Worst Chemist Ever. We don't stock Pseudoephedrine. Lies, if I was an old lady I would have got it.

my experience with this pharmacy has been terrible.the pharmacist who wears a 'busines suit' and has a nose twice the size required for normal air consumption is truley a sad woman.i have lived in the area well over a year and have been to the pharmacy possibly 10 times. i have purchased the same thing. neurofen plus. each time to treat problems i have with my lower back and right elbow.i have been to the doctors multiple times and put on strong pain medication with the advice that instead of sticking with the strong meds i should try and manage it with the over the counter stuff if i can get by. so that is what i do. the pharmacist how ever clearly knows more than the doctor... must have somehow seen my X-rays and MRI scans and made a snide comment to the lady serving me that he takes it too often" and proceeded to tell me how its a "controlled substance for a reason".aside from not ever asking my why i take them she didnt even assume maybe i could actually have been instructed to use nerofen plus for its pain relieving and anti inflammatory qualities to try and keep me from having to step up the strength of medication im on... instead i must be abusing them. i lost my job in construction from being unable to continue work with my injuries. i have trouble sleeping because i cant lay down or stand up for extended periods of time... and now i am made to feel like a drug addict because someone who is apparently a qualified pharmacist judged me without even bothering to ask me one question.i will NEVER go back to this pharmacy and if i had my way i would see that sad sorry woman fired for her lack of compassion and her offensive manner in which she addressed a paying customer."

Absolutely useless bunch of people working in there. Everytime I get a script it's a different price. Yesterday I was charged full price for two scripts that were clearly marked PBS and they have my concession on their computers. They just try to mild people for all they can. The least professional service I have ever received from a chemist.
