Platinum Nail Bar
Unhygienic and unsanitary. They hardly cleaned the pedicure tubs. The tub I was seated at was filthy and still had dirt sitting in the bottom of it. The arm rest was still covered in nail dust. When they were finishing up with my pedicure all they did was a quick rinse of the tub for the for the next customer. No wiping down or proper sanitation. They use the same foot scrubber on everyone without cleaning it. The young girl that did my nail was laughing the whole time with the other technician making me feel super uncomfortable.

The worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. I’m bleeding, everything’s uneven and dry and the cuticles didn’t get even one second of attention.

READ THIS: LOVE LOVE LOVE! GREAT QUALITY service and work! WORTH the time and money! NATALIE IS AMAZING! Honestly, I NEVER REVIEW ANYTHING, I am very picky and rarely happy with what I pay for, but this time, I TRULY CANNOT FAULT A THING! First time customer and I will travel the 45 mins from home on my day off to go back!

The lady was rough with the electronic file and made my nails bleed when doing an infill. My nails hurt and they don’t look good. When I was paying the man charged me $50 even though the sign for the infill said $30. Would never go back my nails are still hurting now.

I use to really enjoy going to Platinum Nail Bar every couple of weeks.However this is the second time with the same nail technician, second very unpleasant experience.I won’t be back.

Pros - nicest staff / nice resultCons - soooooo slooooowwwGreat if you want to relax to enjoy a long pedicure but a test of patience if you want quick infills or a colour. Other places are twice as fast but usually comes at the cost of rude staff.
