Why is there not a phone number you can contact them with why is it just an email I have requested a refund and nobody has responded. Not a good look

MyGivingCircle is a fabulous organization that distributes grants to charities based on votes from members of the public. During this pandemic with so many opportunities for face-to-face fundraising precluded, their grants have been instrumental in helping many small charities to stay afloat.

My Giving Circle helps small charities. They are one of the few who actually help the less known charities.The process of signing up as a charity and the voting are straightforward and very easy to understand.
