Lucinda (owns and runs the store) is a champion. She has so much knowledge. Don't be put off by her blunt manner, she's incredibly busy and works hard. All her animals are really well looked after.

Bought a Budgie from here 6 days ago some of the other birds in the cages looked really unwell.The one we got died today, looked unwell after the second day. The conditions of the bird area/cages was rather dirty and smelt really bad, I wouldn’t recommend buying a bird from here!

Pets and saddles is one of the places that rehabs fish that chain stores sell them that become a huge problem. They have taken bristle nose catfish to swordtails when they breed out of control and the chain store I purchased it from won't even take any. Full grown fantails black moors a and everything in-between. I truly admire the hard work that is done by the lady who runs it

My wife n kids and I visited to have little browse. My wife ended up having a chat with the owner and tapped into a wealth of knowledge about cats and kittens and their food and health care. Will certainly be going back for our pet needs in future.
