Every time I've had dealings with this business, it has been needlessly difficult. It takes a ridiculously long time for anyone to get back to you and the staff are usually pretty rude.

Rude. Arrogant. Dismissive. Unhelpful. Lazy. Just refused to sell me a part available from Excel, claiming it was unavailable, forcing me to contact head office in Japan to get the part. Disgraceful attitude.

Sent in my sprocket to get a similar sprocket cut +2 teeth added. Took a week to do and came back not being able to fit due to the recessed hole being too small. First person I spoke to tried blaming me saying well you shouldn't paint your bolts. Thats your problem". Even though the same bolts fit onto the same carrier with the OEM sprocket with about a 2mm diameter to play with in the recessed hole. After speaking to John he then explained that it wasn't big deal. "You just have to grind the bolts down to suit". After paying $140 I didn't think it was a "it might/should fit scenario upon more modification". Don't think I'll return or refer anyone to this place."

Bought some RHK bar risers a little over a year ago. The 4 bolts that came in the kit have already rusted and looks unsightly. Emailed JTR just wanting the size of the bolts so I could order some better quality ones as these are poorly made. Didn't hear back from them for a week so I re-emailed them. Finally Cameron emailed me back asking which ones I had bought. I replied instantly that I had the 7/8th ones and now I haven't heard anything for a week. Buyers be aware this is a bad after sales company and poorly made products. Never again JTR and happy to send you the proof if requested.

Awesome service, amazing knowledgeable staff, all round a great company to deal with particularly on a bulk level.

Customer service doesn't exist. Ordered a set of wheels for a 640Adv, they stuffed up the order by sending the wrong rear wheel spacers. They admitted their mistake said they would send correct spacers express post. I waited for a week and a half only to find out that they had forgot to send them. From initial order my bike was off the road for two months due to their incompetence and empty promises.

Absolutely terrible customer service..................How hard is it to buy a set of wheels???????I have waited over a week for a return phone call so I can order them and each time I cal they said the guy will call you one day..........If I could give them a negative feedback, I would.Any reputable wheel shop out there want my $1000

Ordered some parts from JTR through a local distributer. The parts arrived but did not fit, not to worry though as a quick phone call later and some photos exchanged and JTR had replacement parts express shipped overnight and they fit perfectly. I appreciated this high standard of service greatly

Pretend to call the UK for parts and tell you there is a 12 month wait. I call the supplier and they have stock and arrange delivery through there UK network to Australia. Just a bunch on liers not willing to make a call to the UK because it must be after hours

Great customer service from Jed and Excel Japan in getting me a case for my Excel torque wrench.Very much appreciated
