Mt Gravatt Volkswagen Service
I did an annual service for my Tiguan on Monday. And the report said the battery is checked and good. Then on Tuesday when I drove the car, it showed the EPC warning signal. On Wednesday I was not able to turn on the engine.Then I called road assistance to take my car to the service center. They checked my battery and said the battery is dead. They charged me $700 on the replacement.I asked why the battery was dead after the service and they replied it is normal, yesterday battery is good but tomorrow can have issue. But before the service, the car was good and did not see any warning signal related to the battery. They had no answer on it.

In my opinion this is the absolute worst service centre i have ever had to take a vehicle to. I don’t believe they did what they said (under new car warranty repair) Just had a mechanical inspection to find the same issue is still there and worse. On top of that they didn’t do the repair in the time frame quoted, leaving me without my work vehicle and having to move my scheduled work and unapologetic and rude to top it off.

We, like many other interstaters, have had a nightmare year coordinating family/home travel to Qld while working in Sydney, and also maintaining houses, cars etc from remote Sydney base. Your generous help this week has been so impressive to get our Amarok back online while we are in Sydney, and we appreciate this so much as it helps us maximise our time when we are back seeing our Kids and family, not to mention avoiding logistical challenges. Mt Gravatt Volkswagen at Mansfield it's not worth than any other dodgy car garage even you pay double than anywhere else. Please read it in full.- I was going to check VW Tiguan as it was not starting properly, the Mechanic has put the car on computer where it showed fault in starter motor, so they replace starter motor $1500 where they found out that the car is having the same issue so then the supervisor called me and said the earth cable is faulty which they need to replace, and they will do it for free. So off course my old starter motor has been in good condition so I said to the supervisor that I would like to have my old faulty "starter motor back where she said no problem

Terrible customer service.Was charged for a fee that was not agreed. Complained right away but one of the ladies wouldn't want to talk and hang up the phone after saying her manager will call me back.No further call received.

I’ve had some really great moments and experience with the staff here, but also just kind of let down moments. But overall, I would come here in the future to service my car. One time, they had to replace my Golf’s gearbox which would’ve costed me a couple grand, but they did it for no fee. And then they charge us for a quick wireless key connection to the car.

Stay away. Go anywhere else. There's a reason you can book your car in so quickly, people are getting to know, DO NOT GO TO MT GRAVATT VW SERVICE. The quality and knowledge of their staff is well below what it should be. VW needs some quality control here. Certainly nowhere near what you would expect from a dealer. the only thing they know how to do it charge. Stupid pricing. DO NOT GO HERE.
