Hadn’t even gone into the clinic yet and already had an incident with the receptionist. Place is impossible to get in contact with, wrong number provided under her name. Receptionist was extremely rude, raised her voice and constantly interrupted me, which made me that much more anxious about getting assessed by a psychiatrist. No common courtesy or common sense by the staff handling appointments.

I was anxious before going to see Dr Rastogi after reading some review and I am delight to say she was fantastic. She listened to my concerns, she was validating and I felt heard. She didn’t rush me at all. She was a great psychiatrist.
