Very helpfull answered all my questions gave good information ,and very friendly Tilly and Kit kat both from Bairnsdale animal aid very happy together and very loved by us.

Wonderful experience adopting our new family member from Animal Aid. Staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our new kitten has settled in super well at home and is such a sweet little boy and clearly very well looked after while with Animal Aid.

I need to talk to the lady i called about my dog an me getting attacked in Lucknow Street. You was right zoey the ranger did nothing I was told it was violent anough an I remember u from 8 years ago she said an she was so rude so 5 stars to shelter for trying to pic me up an my dog if wasn't for the buss was getting new windscreen an it happened again the dogs stalked up my dog new I didn't I just new something was up . If the lady can call me ive address of dogs an it was on Lucknow Street. Thanks so much for being human. Big respect for this nice lady I didn't have a pen on my walk so I had to try remembering everything plus before attacked my dog just got new knee surgery an acl torn fixed an now 2 dogs attacked of leads an nothing happened I tryed to get something done anyway its the rangers falt as she new the dogs was around for months on streets so year silly job zoey dose really bad no stars for buck an zoe. Buck is the main reason zoey doset do her job I tryed companing to just waiting my time an left my house to run around for them I was I the right ive 3 nabers that helped

We adopted Charlie (George) 8 weeks ago. He is a big 3 year old boy who was a grump but has melted into a big smoggier boy. He gets a bit demanding when I’m not sitting so he can jump onto my knee when he wants to. The staff at the animal shelter were very friendly and helpful and you could see they loved what they were doing. So thank you very much Charlie and I are very content.
