Took my car key to get fixed and they wanted to charge me $340. I just got the same key fixed at a Mr Mint near Brisbane for $70. Stay away from this place unless you want to be robbed.

The staff at Mr Minit Castletown are TOP SHELF. Used them on Sunday and again today Tuesday. Both times their staff have gone above and beyond to help me with my request. They should give lessons to other businesses in Townsville about what good old fashioned customer service is. Don't go there they are not friendly or nice they didnt help at all. with 5 min left he's told mean it doesn't matter to go away with a tone I felt very unwelcomed to the point i will never recommend or go to. i was glared at by both the man & female that where there. when I try to get a price he said no it doesn't matter if it 5 mins

I recently had some engraving work done at this place. I was hesitant when told how much it would cost but went ahead with it. It turned out amazing! Worth every cent! I would highly recommend them. Good service as well.

I recently went to get a battery changed on my watch. I also had a stainless steel bracelet and asked if they could resize it. He mentioned he didn’t quite have the tools but that he would attempt to. In 15 both the bracelet and the watch were finished. Really profesional and cost less than $25 for both things. The battery also came with 2 year warranty.
