Excellent communication. My experience with Travis, has been excellent overall. Communication with phone calls, text messages and emails has been very informative. With the property market slowing down due to the interest rates rises, Travis has managed to sell my unit in record time. Dealing with Travis has been just fantastic, he follows up! we ran into him on a random Sunday afternoon and he was so helpful he took us around even though he wasn't working, 3 weeks later we bought the block we wanted off him. His customer service and friendly approach makes him a pleasure to deal with. His team are also great help and really friendly. Travis really knows the whole area and is there to helps each step of the way, so much so he's got an invite for a BBQ at our new home once it's built.

Knowledgeable, confident, friendly.Steven is a Real Estate agent whom you can trust with the sale of your property. What he says he does. He works very hard to achieve the best results he can get for you, even to the extent of having open house on Sundays and public holidays. Any questions either by phone or message to him were answered in a very timely manner. He is a calming influence and exudes confidence. Most of all, he is right for the job with his extensive knowledge of real estate values in the area. His valuation of our home was very close to final sale price. Steven is excellent at communicating between us (vendors) and purchasers. We can’t recommend Steven highly enough.

Great experience buyingI couldn't recommended any one more so then Travis. He was always prompt with all dealings and communication and ensured my new property was in working order prior to settlement. Where things needed to be addressed prior to settlement he arranged this in a prompt manner and had items resolved with 24hrs of first raising them.

Yes this is a true review on Property Management.As a landlord you can't expect too much given we have been stripped of most of our rights.But what l expect and don’t think is unreasonable is for my real estate agent to have the landlords interests as their priority, given we are the ones paying for the service.I don’t expect much. I don’t find it unreasonable to expect my agent to :1. Arrange quotes when requested2. Perform inspections3. Return phone calls/emails within 1 -2 business days4. Arrange smoke alarm inspections and now gas & electricity checks as per the legal requirements.5. Pay the rent when its due.6. Issues notices and represent the landlord with RTATheir attention to detail is appalling. I don’t know how many times l was charged incorrectly due to their records not being correct. End of financial statements, lease renewal, smoke alarm checks being conducted bi annually instead of annually. Each of which l was charged multiple times and every time being told the records have been updated. Being told “l don’t care about your reimbursing you l have more important issues to deal with”.Being made to feel as l was a burden to them and having to wait sometimes over a month for reimbursements when they had clearly made an error.If you have the same expectations l would suggest avoiding Ray White – Drysdale.Response to Owners ReplyTravis, it has nothing to do with you choosing to terminate the agreement. l had already engaged another agency whilst waiting for the 2 reimbursements. You left out our conversation post the termination letter (Aug 25th), advising to review the termination in a month’s time. Despite this conversation, I received an email, 2 days prior to the termination date, advising the file needed to be collected. Leaving me one day to arrange.You have left out key pieces of information.1. Following up unanswered emails/calls after 24/48 hours is not abuse, it’s a landlord trying to finalise and get reimbursed for being incorrectly charged.2. I asked if one call out fee could be waived as the plumber attended twice in the same day. I think a fair and reasonable question. It wasn’t after hours - I received the call around 3-4pm.3. Removing silicone surrounding the entire basin is not fair wear and tear. If it was, why did your agency agree the tenant should fix it? I was told it was fixed so asked for the invoice to show it had a) been fixed and b) by a licenced tradesperson as required by law.4. Smoke Alarms are a yearly subscription including work that needs to be carried out within the year. They were charged twice in a year i.e. bi-annually. If you called me out, why did you reimburse and say it was an error with Smoke Alarm Australia?5. In relation to my previous review. That tenant left the property vacant for 6 months resulting in significant damage that could have been avoided. You left out the entire thread “A plumber attended and advised part of the leak had been existing with a leak in the flic mixer and perished rubber seals to drain. If this were brought to my attention, which l would have argued was the tenant’s responsibility the plumber would of more than likely also seen the leak from a water inlet pipe and it would of all been avoided “. The comment was not about perish taps being the tenant’s responsibility. The tenant’s responsibility is to advise the landlord of a leak to avoid significant damage.You also failed to mention the threatening email you sent after I posted the review. You wrote your response, then” The choice is yours..I don’t joke and will add more (your expected reply will be copied & pasted too ((edited to suit)) Once we lock in it is there forever”. Looking at your negative reviews, it would seem I am not the only one to get a ‘threatening email’.This was a true review/opinion of the service I received. To be honest, I was happy with the service received up until the previous property manager left. However, found once they left the service for me deteriorated.

Ray White Drysdale was a total nightmare. We found the team to be dishonest , a waste of advertising money and time. After 3 months on the market with continuous errors and lies and no sale we went to another agent in Drysdale . Thankfully , we sold our property in under a week with the new agent. I strongly suggest that you choose your agent wisely if you are selling in the area to prevent the stress that we had experienced with Ray White Drysdale !My response to your reply - Keep kidding yourself mate !! I don`t know where you were during Covid but the market was hot . Maybe you had your head buried in the sand . The fact is , I sold my house for $ 2000 less than what I thought I would sell it for and not the $ 72000 plus " that your representative said he would sell it for when he sucked my wife in !!Are you still " engineering a sale " to sell your clients properties ? Your a Joke
