ACL is a real estate agent approved cleaning service.I dealt with Naaz who was very professional, courteous and kept me informed throughout. Service was timely and despite no power (thanks to power company error), he was able to clean our entire apartment and steam clean the carpets on time.The service comes with a full bond back guarantee so we were happy to use ACL and would recommend it.

Sandy and his team did a fantastic job doing a vacate clean + steam cleaning of carpets for our 2bdr, 2 bathroom apartment. He was flexible with the arrival time and completed the job in 4.5 hours. ACL was recommended by the real estate agent and when she did the final inspection, even she was impressed by the clean. Paid in cash on the day and had an invoice to show the agent before the inspection. Highly recommended.

This is my 3rd time using this company for an end of lease clean, the cleaners always do a brilliant job for a fantastic price. I have never had an issue with getting my bond back and have even had the estate agent comment on how clean the apartment was. Thanks for the great job as always!

Definitely recommend! Ricky and another team member did such an amazing job for my apartment, even the real estate agent is impressed. I got my bond back pretty much in no time. They are also super flexible and understanding as I had to return key in such a tight deadline. Overall, I would 100% get their help again :)

Great customer service & great job!!! Everything was spotless in my move-out clean and they even removed some marks on the carpets that I thought were stains. Also a good value: they were cheaper than the other places recommended by my property manager. Finally, they were very flexible in picking up and dropping off the keys to the flat. Highly recommended.

Impressive work done by ACL Cleaning Service. Thanks for doing the best cleaning and removing the mold from wall. These guys are friendly and super helpful. During the covid lock-down situation , they helped to handover the keys to agent which was really appreciable. I would recommend his service to anyone. No regrets at all!

ACL Cleaning did a good job with an End of Lease cleaning for my rented property recently. The kitchen, specifically, was cleaned properly. Plus, their bond return guarantee puts my mind at ease into booking the cleaning service with them. Unfortunately, the reason I did not give them a 5* rating is because they almost gave me an anxiety attack, due to them not managing customer's expectation well. The cleaning job was completed behind schedule.Overall, I will probably contact them again in the future for any cleaning job if the deadline is not tight.

ACL cleaning was the recommended company from my real estate so I hired them despite being more expensive than my regular company. They arrived late and they could not finished the job on the day so I had to leave the keys of the property with them so they could finish the next day. I was not available on that second day so I could not complete the final inspection of the property which is not ideal. They offer bond back guarantee so I hope it's OK when the real estate inspect the property. I will update this review once I receive feedback form the final inspection.
