TARDY ACCOUNTS - I paid for multiple deliveries of gravel and each was charged on credit card as they were delivered, Completely happy to pay when delivered as then I knew what I am being charged and can on-charge that cost. 3 weeks after delivery of product they charged me for another load that they supposedly forgot, they were rude to deal with about this matter even when I explained that it was not reasonable to charge 3 weeks later, poor accounts department, bit of a joke really. Obviously not managed well so I don't recommend to supply them with credit card details as this could happen to you too. Unsatisfactory result that has left me disappointed in their service and attitude. Lady on the phone would not even let me take without talking over me and talking down to me - rude rude rude.I am not a moaner, I just want you to know that this company has just created situation and couldn't care less what the customer thinks.

Awesome too deal with and great service . Best rates on the coast for dumping . Will drive past any council dump to go here no fuss and very easy to deal with !.
