I’ve lost count of how many years I’ve been with this salon, the girls have become like family. They are all highly qualified, from Rowie, Dani, Fay, Georgia, Sabrina and Aisha. I’ve had all these girls work on my hair and I’ve always received the most professional service and care. They always go above and beyond. My 8 year old loves going there. I can’t thank you ladies enough for all the care and amazing work you do for my daughter and I. Thank you for all your hard work and thank you for all the great times. ❤️

I absolutely love this place. Rowie and the team are absolutely amazing at what they do. They listen to what you want and are very accomodating to each persons wants and needs. I get my hair washed and blow dried every Saturday morning and the girls never disappoint at all. I’ve been going to Hair By Rowie for many many years now and I’ve never left the salon disappointed or upset. I’ve had a personal experience with each and every one of the team and each hairdresser is amazing and each hairdresser has their strengths. Thank you to Rowie, Dani, Sabrine, Fay, Georgia and Aisha for an amazing experience each and every week. These girls are not just my hairdressers but they have definitely become family. I travel 40 minutes just to get my hair done here, I am yet to find another hair salon as professional and affordable. The customer service here is genuine and the girls make such a great team together with their bubbly personalities and the way they assist one another. They made my day yesterday and I appreciate it so much. Also their Hair Botox is one of a kind.

I have been coming to Hair By Rowie for a few years now, all of the team are very professional and friendly.I would reccomend Rowie, Dani, Fay, Sabrine, Georgia and Aisha. All of the ladies are very talented and amazing at what they do.My young daughters even enjoy having their hair done by the girls. I have also had Helen do my eyebrows and make up, she is fantastic and I always receive compliments on my make up.This salon stands out from the rest due to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.Every time I am here, I feel like I am visiting my family.Thank you all for always making my hair look and feel amazing and for your wonderful friendship.

I'm a new customer at Hair By Rowie and really happy to have discovered this lovely salon. I'm a local who was looking for a hairdresser after not getting my hair done for such a long time... I left my bub at home and booked myself in for a cut, colour and blow dry. The salon is tucked away nicely amongst a few local shops... I liked that it wasn't in a big shopping centre, felt alot more relaxing. Plenty of street parking too. The staff were just so lovely... friendly but not over the top. I had a consultation and was given advice on the way forward with fixing my hair after many many 'at home' packet dyes and amateur trims. I appreciated the honesty and was impressed with the level of care and skill in doing my hair! The shampoo and treatment was so good I fell asleep haha... oh, and it was super affordable. Another lovely feature of this salon is that its just for women. So if you have cultural or religious reasons for wanting privacy while getting your hair done then this place is perfect (the salon section is hidden away behind a wall). Overall an exceptional experience and have already booked in my next appointment.

This is my first bad review, i don't even bother writing them but i was so disappointed with this place. The price they charge for a mediocre wash, cut and blow dry which was clearly done by a girl who was not confident enough, maybe a student? or emerging hairdresser, was so ridiculous. Initially I wanted long face framing layers and just a trim. When i got home and looked in the mirror I realised my hair cut wasn't even at all, one side was completely longer than the other. I ended up cutting it myself at home. The wash and blow-dry was not a luxury experience at all, i don't think she understood the term of a blowout. Don't get me wrong the staff were nice, but i felt like i was getting my hair done at a tafe, the prices they charge is absurd for what you get. I could've gone to Paddington and paid the same price to get my hair done by a senior stylist.

I have been going to Hair by Rowie for some time now and each and every time I leave feeling amazing. These lovely Ladies are incredibly talented. They listen to what you want and deliver 110%. I highly recommend Rowie, Dani, Georgia, Sabrine, Fay, Aisha. They are all amazing at their job. My hair is always so soft and easy to manage. The colour and style is always amazing.Their relaxing Scalp Massage is also amazing, I can truly say its Heaven!! They are always Friendly and professional and make you feel at home.I also see Helen for makeup and beauty and she is amazing at her job too. I highly recommend Hair by Rowie for your pampering needs. Thank you all for making me feel amazing!! xx

Great overall experience! We got a shampoo, cut, blowdry with an extra charcoal treatment and curls. The ladies here were on-time, asked questions throughout to ensure we were happy at every step and were quick and efficient.Only downside is that they charge 10% GST on card payments which was surprising and disappointing. Had they let us know prior to the appointment or had it been advertised, we would have been able to prepare cash for payment. Just an fyi!Also note that the Goddess Beauty Lounge business operates within the salon too.
