My niece took the car there for a service and she got a list of things wrong however one of the things was a new front tyre which I personally replaced two months ago and had a look today and there is nothing wrong with it, the tow truck driver and her new mechanic just laughed at this, also said her rocker gasket was weeping which I also got replaced by my mechanic two months ago and the mechanic we saw today said there is no sign of oil anywhere near the rocker gasket. The quote was also ridiculous for the work that needed to be done, everywhere I rang it was cheaper. My advice is do not let your daughter or anyone who doesn’t know about cars go to this place. Im so disgusted they can do this to a young girl . Should be utterly ashamed of yourselves guys.

Absolutely disgusting service, my daughters car went in for a service and came out sounding like a tractor. Apparently a new exhaust mount can be broken by the tap of a hand, which they did and refused to repair. Will never recommend or use these guys again. Beware!!

Convenient at the time but then you need to return for issues. Did major service on my Tucson and broke down two days later, took the day off work to return the car and was told they can't help me, I should book it in when they available. They installed fuel gauge incorrect and ran out of fuel, overall I would advise people to stay clear of the mob

Booked my 3 year old ute in for a wheel alignment and balance was assured that ultratune could do this for me, took it in after 40mins waiting was informed that they don't have the current software on there machine to do the alignment. Very poor service. Would never recommend ultratune to anyone
