I have never been so poorly treated by a customer service attendant in my life. I was first given rude, indifferent treatment by the lady on the phone. When I went in 2 days later to pick up my wok, I was treated nastily and with no care whatsoever by the lady serving me. The attendant serving me seemed to have no interest in the customer's enquiries and clearly just wanted to get me out the door.In my 10 years of working in customer service, I have never until now experienced such a hostile, rude customer service attendant.I was left appalled, upset, embarrassed, and shaken at how unpleasant my experience was. I am never shopping at Robins Kitchen again.

Staff here are never genuinely friendly. Often condescending. To afraid to even turn around in here without knocking something over.

My husband made the unfortunate choice of going into this store looking for preserving jars. The ‘owner’ or so she portrayed was disgusting, unhelpful and plain rude. I hope that you aren’t surprised if you close your doors with a customer service approach that is revolting. So revolting that we will shop ANYWHERE else but with you. How you can afford to be rude when retail (especially online) is so much more competitively priced. Big mistake, we will share our poor service experience and I see we aren’t the only ones that are sorely disappointed!

Overpriced and always advertising sales that don't seem to change. Very cluttered

Always has great deals on their product line. Friendly staff and willing to help you.

Each time I've visited, staff have been friendly and super helpful. They have always been eager to share tips and recommend products that will fit my needs. They're knowledgeable on their range, and avid kitchen users. Prices are usually pretty excellent too.

Spent 10 minutes walking around the shop and the one employee didn’t acknowledge or offer to help, will not be back.

Sat morning the rudest customer service. I work in senior position retail. She would be severely reprimanded if in my store. Will purchase my brand nre kitchen layout elsewhere
