Garbage customer service. Staff won’t even respond to you when spoken to. I don’t mind if they don’t respond to small talk but when I literally request for something they just ignored me… Also they complain about how there’s too many customers but if you can’t handle it go find another job. Disgusting food handling too, dropping bread on dirty table but not replacing it like i’m not trying to eat food off your dusty counter thanks. Might want to look into replacing your employees.

AMAZING. A little difficult to navigate in the shopping centre & the car park is awful. However, the staff are lovely & they have a great selection of breadtop items. Really impressed, 10/10 Recommend!

How about update your info online when you're closed for renovations. I specifically drove to Sunnybank for breadtop just to find this.

Good variety of items on offer, general pricing for items averages $3.20 each. Packaged breads, etc, are approx $6.80 upwards. Definitely don't believe that the items are for the budget-concise.Pedestrian/customer access is a small confined walkway/path. If you walk slowly you get people huffing along behind you trying to hurry you up... and if you happen to pass what you were looking for, you can't double back to get it, you have to go around again. Lol...Bags to carry your purchased goods are an extra cost (10c I believe) however the items are so tasty, you really won't have to hold them for long.Overall, not bad, moreso just the access and ability to move in the store area is an issue... and pricing.

Great place if you want to be ignored. Served people behind us because we asked a question and just completely ignored. Ended up buying a $52 cake and still got the evil eye. Somethings not right here.I’d say it’s like Karen’s, but it’s more a silent treatment rather than being abused

When I paid the money to the cashier, It’s been 2 times already that they calculated it wrong. Total $30 they asked us to paid $38 then just end up sorry. How comes they always made mistake?The price is very expensive too. But the taste is not bad.

Today, at about 1pm I went to buy some bread for my children at the BreadTop in Sunnybank Plaza. I decided to buy a red bean loaf- the one that needed to be cut into smaller slices. I asked the cashier if she could cut it for me, but instead she refused and said that she had just cleaned the machine. It was not even close to closing hours and she rudely threw the bread onto the counter in front of me when I asked why. She also hung the closed sign onto the machine in front of my face right after. The reason why the machine is there in the first place is to cut bread, and she could’ve cleaned it when she closed up the shop. I found this certain employee very rude and disrespectful. The bread was very tasty though, and I hope to see better costumer service the next time I go.
