What a great showroom. The team in the office were great to deal with from first meeting in their Mornington showroom to the final installation at our house. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fireplace.

Had reverse cycle heating and cooling unit installed by them. The heating does not work I called them up because it's within warranty period. the first time the technician came then realised all the parts were not ordered and said he will organize the parts and come back later and now after 2 weeks I havent got a working heating unit at my place and it's winter . I call up to check the progress and the only response that i got is sorry we can't do anything you just have to wait. this is extremely poor customer service. the woman i spoke to didnt even bother offering to chase it up.
