My experience with Goldmore is fantastic and full of pleasant surprise. I signed contract for my first property purchase on Tuesday and sent it to Jing next day. She worked late night to get all paperwork in order and submitted the loan for approval on Wednesday. On Thursday morning, very much to my surprise, I received email from Jing that my loan was unconditionally approved for the amount I applied for with a very good rate. Yes, the loan was approved within 2 days of my contract being signed!!! which is nothing short of a miracle. Jing worked tirelessly and around the clock, I finished work very late after 10 pm on Wednesday and she even waited for me to do online face ID check. She is very professional and understand various loan products very well. She managed to get a lower fixed rate for me from a competitive lender and saved many thousands a year on my interest payment. I truly can’t recommend her enough. She made everything easy and tried hard to simplify the whole process as easy as possible. She has been proactive and a source of ongoing support in the process of the loan application without any prompting. She is very thoughtful and secured best suitable products for me. I can see why she has been highly recommended in review. Jing is simply the best. I have never heard from anyone who bought home and got loan approval within 2 days of signing contract.
