I don't usually do reviews but the spring cleaning service that I received from Vivi and Nigel was just excellent and thorough.I am a bit of an OCD (I label everything in my pantry!) when it comes to tidiness and cleaniness, so let me just say that even I couldn't do a better job than them - they took care of all the spots that I frequently forget about during my weekly clean up routine and also moved my furniture (heavy and awkward bed frames and mattresses, and entertainment unit) around to make sure that all the hard to reach spaces were vacuumed and mopped and then return them to how they were placed originally.I also appreciated the fact that I got a text from them to let me know that they were running slightly behind (only 5 to 10mins), which is AMAZING because I've dealt with cleaners/tradies in the past who will not notify you if that were to happen and some of them were even no shows.In addition, I got a fixed quote from Vivi for the entire clean but they ended up spending more time doing the job (at least 30mins extra). She did not charge me for the extra time eventhough I pointed it out to her. To be honest, I was really happy to pay them for the extra time as they did a really good job and it is backbreaking work (besides the standard cleaning it also included cleaning out cobwebs, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, the aircond filters, and quite a few floor to ceiling sliding doors, shower screens, windows and flyscreens and mirrors). Like I said, I've done the cleaning myself in the past so I really understand how tiring the work is (climbing up and down the ladder to get all these items cleaned up). But they did leave me with a very good impression- honest and trustworthy.Lastly, both Vivi and Nigel were very professional, polite and friendly. Vivi even got me to check the rooms to make sure I was happy with it at the end of the job. And Nigel kept apologizing for the extra time that they were taking to clean the place, although I should be the one thanking them because they only spent the extra time to make sure that everything was thoroughly cleaned!Would I use them and recommend them again? Yes, definitely! Let's just say I'm am planning to have them back every quarter to help me with the extra cleaning that I struggle with.Services: Glass and mirror cleaning, Window cleaning, Standard clean

What an outstanding service! Absolutely life-changing. My wife and I had been struggling with housecleaning for years being two full-time workers with two very active children. We were at the point where we knew we needed help and finally sought assistance through this service. We have absolutely no regrets and will be hiring this service again regularly in the future. The team were beyond understanding of our individual needs and were accommodating to our lifestyle We had an instant rapport with the team who provided an A grade clean of our residence, restoring it to the beautiful house we envisioned living in with our little family. We can't recommend this business enough as we truly feel we have been given back our livelihoods as now have time to concentrate on other areas of our lives including entertaining in our wonderfully clean home. These guys were able to come quickly (5 days) to do a HUGE spring/pre-Christmas clean in my incredibly dusty old farmhouse. I have 3 dogs and a cat and the place was seriously filthy. They came, they saw, they conquered! and were super friendly doing it. I was embarrassed by the state of things but they just took it in stride and did a great job.

Being led down by a cleaner that suddenly cancel on me ,I anxiously called around and Adelaide Supermaids came to the rescue within next day , lead by Vivi and her team.I didn’t see the final result, as they worked past business hours , but the real estate agent was very pleased and we had the full bond returned.Communication is key and both cleaners were great and kept us informed.
