I had a gas leak at my house and on speaking to him on the phone he came straight to the house to investigate. He located the issue, provided a quote and arranged to do the work quickly. He also repaired a damaged toilet and badly leaking sink caused by a contractor during renovations. Rez was easy to talk to, quick to respond and his work was exemplary. I am so happy with his work and he is now my go to plumber for any future works. I am also passing on his details to friends as it’s so hard to find great trades.

Contacted this company via Facebook looking for a quote on isolation of a gas-log fireplace. Not only did they get back to me immediately, within three hours Rez was at my home with a reasonable quote and ready to remove the fireplace! Amazing service with incredible customer service from this company. The work was also done so well we immediately arranged for them to return within the next few days and install our electric split system heating & cooling. This too was done as soon as stock of the heater was available! Absolutely wonderful work from an absolutely incredible team, I can't recommend this company enough! 1000% satisfied with workmanship, price, customer service and professionalism, we will definitely be returning customers :)

I contacted this company to do my water and gas plumbing job, and they really respond quickly in every of my email, until Rez come to my house and do a reasonable quote and I agreed right away to him to do the job.Within that week Rez completed the job and I don't have to wait longer to finish my project at home. Rez from Vic Gas &Rez was referred to me to look at our central heating which was not working. He explored all avenues to find the necessary part to repair the unit, but the part was no longer available. Rez kept me updated on the search for the part and then provided me with a very good price to install and remove the current unit. Rez was punctual, meticulous in his work, great people skills. I have no hesitation in recommending Rez for anyone who needs plumbing. Rez installed the new central heating unit this morning and now we have a warm house!!!I now have Rez on speed dial !
