Tom and the guys did a great job!Good work, good knowledge, good quality and good staff. There were a few complications with the job, but Tom sorted everything out to complete a great result. They also pushed hard and managed to complete my pergola in time for an event i was having, which was greatly appreciated.I would definitely recommend - East Coast Decks and Pergolas, and Tom.

Tom and the team did an amazing job on the deck and patio cover. The result was better than we could have imagined.The team at East Coast Decks and Pergolas are very professional. Tom in particular was very helpful with any questions and very accommodating with any extras and changes we had along the way.We would highly recommend them for your next project.They are the best team on the coast.

Hats off to Tom and his crew. The finished product of our awning and bar area far exceeded all expectations and gets a 10 out of 10 from everyone who has seen it. Had many quotes and other tradies look at the job, they all walked away saying the job was too difficult, our ideas wouldn’t work or the budget was unrealistic. Tom said the opposite! He solved all the problems, came up with new ideas and made the job work within our budget. Tom was in constant communication with us every step of the way and managed to source top quality products in these tough times. Unlike so many other tradies, Tom always answered the phone, turned up on time every time, left the site clean and tidy and discussed all aspects of the job to produce an end product we were all happy with. I regard Tom and his crew as the most professional tradies I have come across and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. All the best for the future Tom, stop in for a beer at our bar some time.

Tom and his team were amazing!! They turned up on time everyday they said they would and were extremely efficient even putting up sheeting to allow us to have privacy inside the home as they worked directly outside. Being our first time renovating, Tom helped us connect to other like minded professionals when we weren't aware of the process or when others didn't show up (sparky). He always passed purchases past us and being an old house always passed new problems that occurred and gave us options making sure that we were able to work within our budget.I wouldn't look at this business as just Decks and Pergolas but of a man who knows his trade from new builds and extensions , legality of requirements and abundance of knowledge that comes from someone with a lot experience. I will continue to use Tom and his team in the future for other renovations and so grateful to find a builder that I know that I can actually trust.

5 Stars is an an under statement for East Coast Decks and Pergolas. Tom and the boys have got to be the most professional team of tradesmen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Nothing was too much for Tom, he was very flexible and understanding with our needs. Tom talked us through the job every step of the way so we knew what to expect and left no surprises. The work is 100% top notch with absolutely no corners cut and our new deck now has passers by staring in wonder and taking pictures. I cannot recommend Tom enough and he will be the one doing renovations on our other property in the future. Thanks a lot Tom, We are in love with our new deck and pergola!

Tom and his guys did a great job with our house renovations. The works included removing internal walls, demolishing and coordinating installation of new ensuite, installing new doors and smartlocks as well as a number of adhoc requests as the renovation progressed. Tom was always happy to discuss any issues and come to an acceptable solution. Tom is very particular with the work he does and always uses quality hardware in his jobs e.g. timber architraves and skirting not mdf.I highly recommend Tom and his team for any domestic building works.
