I took my 5 month old kitten with half an hour notice to them on 21st September 2022 and they were so amazing, compassionate and more than willing to take her with very little notice. They patiently allowed me and the kids to have our time to say goodbye before handing her over. When I called for an update they were happy to help with the information and I had her home the next day (today). But silly me in an all emotional wreck, I gave them the wrong birthday for her and now they are more than happy to get it fixed up for me. I honestly couldn't recommend a better place to take your fur babies when the time is needed. Thankyou so much patch and purr. Will be using you guys again when the time comes. And will be recommending you to anyone I know that needs a pet cremation.

Lost my 14 Year old Malamute on the public holiday. The lady (apologies, I forget your name) was fantastic. Stayed back until I could get Storm there. Great service, they even dropped her back at home for us. The team showed compassion and empathy. Would recommend. Thank you so much.

I lost both of my elderly cats within 4 months of one another. I had never lost a pet before and Patch & Purr were phenomenal.They walked me through all of my options for memorabilia and keep sakes and responded to all my queries in a timely and compassionate manner.When my first girl passed away, Kayla returned to her to me and explained to me the process and I could feel her genuine care. This reassured me so much to know that she was handled with dignity and compassion. I received her in a lovely urn, with a lock of fur (all of her colours too - white, grey and orange) and the clay paw prints.When my boy then passed, I requested specifically for P&P to collect him from my home as I wanted the urns and paw prints to match. While I was devastated at the time, I was so delighted when I opened my door to Kayla once again.I immediately felt so happy because I knew my boy was in good hands from start to finish. Once again she answered all of my questions and gave me time to say my good byes. P & P we’re so flexible that they allowed me to request a later delivery time of his ashes so I could arrive home from work to receive him myself.I couldn’t recommended this service more. During times of great sadness and grief, the company and Kayla made this whole process easy, caring and supportive. Thank you so much.

Just want to say a huge thanks to the Lakeside team for their professionalism, compassion, understanding and empathy during this very difficult time for my family. My special thanks also goes to the driver (unfortunately I did not get his name) who was so understanding and patient. My baby came home within three days which is much faster than what my friend had experienced with other service providers. Everything was just beautifully and carefully done for my beloved Mengo, her urn, clay paw print, and lock of fur. In addition, things like unique track ID, cremation certificate, condolence card show how much Patch and Purr cares. Thank you!!!
