Appalling. Would give less stars if I could!I have dealt with hundreds of agencies over many years buying and selling properties and this would be one of the poorest levels of sales I have experienced.On Tuesday I went to a property and was really interested in it. Told Joe that I was keen and would like to get my wife through to have a look. Also asked for a section 32 and contract of sale. Did mention to Joe that I might have to do some creative things re settlement and he said that's ok, anything is possible for the right price.Received the contract details on Wednesday and asked when I could see the property again. Was told that times would be up on the Internet within the next 24hrs. On Friday still nothing and sent a text to Joe asking for an inspection time only to be told there wouldn't be any further inspections as it was under offer!Incredibly disappointed and frustrated that we never had a chance to put a formal offer in.Not only poor from our point of view as buyers , but didn't give the vendor a chance to get multiple offers and maximise their potential.When I told Joe this he tried to justify it by saying they got above what they wanted so everyone is happy.Still doesn't excuse the lack of communication and transparency.I'm sure the vendor might have been happier if they got an even bigger price!Looking back it really felt like someone who had been in the business for a really long time just going through the motions, getting a quick sale and moving on. .... Certainly not a young and vibrant agency trying to maximise a sale.Would be really wary in any future dealings with this agency (certainly would never use them to sell a property!)

Park Lane Real Estate in our circumstance was terrible at best..Communication was horrible with super bad transparency. I cannot fathom how badly managed our property was. Rarely would Park Lane return phone calls as well as REALLY bad communication to services.I cam home to a stranger who had Broken into the property without contacting tenants. Park lane showed me an email which from my perspective was completely inadequate.Tenants emails were commonly entered in-correctly most of the time.Bond forms sent back to bond Authority incorrectly..The list is long and negative.Park Lane Real Estate is a 1/2 star performance of value.

Joe is a very helpful and friendly person. A long journey with this real estate agent. Had no issues. Highly recommendable real estate agent in my opinion.
