My husband and I visited on a miserable and wet day in August. We were greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant conversation. We spent quite a bit of time talking to the man in the shop (forgotten his name). We left the shop with so much knowledge of the aboriginal heritage and Noongah people and the area. We were given some great tips on where we should visit in the area. Thank you.

We had an amazing day with Larry. He took us to two very special places in Quaranup and Whalers cove, where he talked about the very clever and interesting ways of the Noongar people. He was very informative about Bush medicine, tools and food which helped us open our eyes to getting a different perspective and understanding for country. Thank you for a memorable experience Larry, hope to see you next time we're in town. Highly recommend Kurrah Mia!

I took a cultural tour with Larry (in May - apologies for late review) and had an amazing experience. Larry is a quietly spoken, generous and special man. The tour taught me more about indigenous culture at a local level and helped me appreciate the connection with the land. I was able view precious artifacts and water holes and taste some bush tucker/medicine. I would definately say this is was a highlight if my trip in South West WA. Do it

I came with my daughter, age 12. We went to see the fish traps. It is a very peaceful place. We learned an amazing amount from Larry. He spent too much time on us. I learned that I already knew several aboriginal words, like bundi and gidgy. We tasted plants, saw implements. It was great!

We had a wonderful day with Larry, being welcomed to his country, visiting 3 locations and hearing his indigenous stories, about local food, medicines and vegetation, about special places they visited, or stayed away from. We had an engaging and special day with someone who continues the indigenous culture and stories of old.

This is a great art gallery with a variety of art work and other products from local and non-local indigenous artist. We also went a tour of some of the local fish traps with Larry. This was by far our favourite experiences in the area and could not recommend highly enough.

I highly recommend this modest new gallery and their tours. Both owners have aboriginal blood and are passionate about providing a venue for us to learn about aboriginal culture and a space for local indigenous artists to sell their work. They have works by some of the best known aboriginal artists and the children in their lineages. There is art in all price ranges and various mediums. They know the stories of the art and the artists. A rare authentic space in a world of glitz.
