These legends saved the day today with a super quick turnaround on a repair. This is the second time I’ve gone to this workshop (once for ebike, once for road bike) and the service has been great. I’m glad l live locally and this can be a go-to for reliably good service.

The bloke with the beard was exceptional - highly informed, adroit, yet friendly and genuinely interested in helping me out. He didn't blindly promote trek/bontrager and offered authentic, and ultimately extremely useful, opinions and advice based on his own extensive industry knowledge and experience. Even gave me a new pair of riding socks, gratis... highly recommend this joint!

Excellent service from Rob and Brad in helping me deal with a failed hydraulic brake line after the issue was missed in an earlier service at another shop. Both guys were great to deal with and the new brakes are running smoothly so far.

Dan & the mechanic there went out of their way to help me with my daughters bike. I was more than willing to buy whatever we needed to get it going but they found a problem & fixed it and weren't going to charge! This is the kind of front footed generosity that earns loyal customers. I bought something anyway and expect to use the shop again.

Great shop. Helpful, knowledgeable peeps, prepared to give no-pressure help and info. I had to return a faulty item and it was done with a smile, no-fuss. Good customer care - they mostly just want you to leave the shop happy. Highly recommended.
