Great fun place for kids. Awesome staff, very helpful.

This place caters for everybody from 2 to 90 yr olds. Has an outdoor area if you are a smoker, while kids are having fun. Staff is amazing :)

My granddaughter had her birthday party there n the staff were rude & not helpful at all. We were told 2 bring drinks so we did but the staff told us they couldn't put them in the fridge cause it was full but upstairs where the party was we could see that there were fridges empty!!! At the end of the party the staff was so rude trying 2 hurry us up as we were packing up. Would never go back there 4 a kids party & would certainly not recommend them 2 anyone!!! Was not value 4 money!!!!

Had a great time with my daughter and grandchildren. Well looked after by staff. The food from the canteen is very nice. Tasty. Fresh. Really enjoyed my day. My grandchildren enjoyed playing on all the inflatable toys. Gave themselves a great exercise work out. Lots of fun and friendly people to meet.

Fun for kids. Reasonable entry fees. The place looks a bit run down when you enter. If you’re going to grab something to eat there’s not much of a selection but the food prices are ok.

It is such ashame today is there last day as Action Indoor Sports are closing due to unsustainable rent increase. Has been apart of my and my kids lives for the last 20 odd years and many other families.

The place is an absolute Joke, The manager and one of the staff members have no idea aboutCustomer service and understand that kids take a little longer to finish their food, and we can't jump from the table cause they say you have to go. Time management would be an excellent skill to have in your line if work.They ruined my kid's birthday by how we behaved toward our table.The attitude I got from the manager Julie and Amir is unacceptable. Without customers, you didn't have jobs, ladies.When I asked for the manager's number, they all refused, and were very unhelpful.The place is a absolute joke; people don't waste your money on this place; expensive and Bad customer service.

Recently had our Sons birthday party here which we privately booked out. The kids had an absolute blast & we continually got compliments from the parents on how much fun it was. Thank you so much to all who was involved and thank you for making it stress free as possible.
