Forever New Miranda

Big thank you for the great customer service from the Manger and staff today assisting me with my exchange at Forever New.

Was in the shop looking around for at least 30min there were 3 sales assistants working, 1 swept around me didn’t even smile or talk to me. When I was close to the counter 1 of the girls was to focused on what she was going to wear to an event that night rather than assisting other people. The service was disgusting and I went into the change rooms to try on items but ended up just leaving them in there due to the lack of service! This was on Saturday afternoon maybe talk to your staff about there jobs!

Hi Forever New. I went into your Miranda store this morning to request a refund/exchange of an online order I made after the 11th of March as per the guidelines below. My request was denied. Not sure what the worker’s intention was (racism?) because the customer in line behind me was given the refund that she asked for. I was going to make a scene but my mum pulled me away because she didn’t want to be embarrassed on Mother’s Day. I know it’s cliche to say this, but I am a loyal customer of Forever New for years, possibly even a decade. More than once I have taken advantage of the $50 gift card offer with an annual purchase of more than $500. I guarantee after getting a coat and a couple of jumpers, I WILL NOT be shopping at Forever New anymore.

love forever new, the clothes are always so nice, and i love just walking in browsing, staff are super friendly and attentive. Overall always a great shopping experience.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Today I went to return a completely new unworn item with tags that I bought a bit over 14 days ago. I explained that I could not come back within 14 days as I was very sick and had to isolate myself and get tested for COVID-19. However, the salesperson Anna has REFUSED to give me a refund. Apparently, I had to come back with COVID-19 to get my money back. What an appalling service! Avoid this store.

If there was an option to rate 0 I would . The staff at Miranda were really rude, deceitful and unhelpful. I will definitely be taking my experience further with their head office. I wanted to return a pair of pants due to change in style compared to the ones I usually buy. Tags were with me and can be attached easily with a special gun they have. I had the receipts and all tags with me and both ladies were so rude about it. The refused to listen to me and give me a refund which I did am entitled too. They also lied and called another employee telling she was a manager yet she was standing at the change rooms the entire time! They made fun of the situation!!!! Disgusting customer service, definitely taking this further!!! I called the bankstown store and the girl was so helpful and Left a note for me to go in and get my refund.

Worst Customer Service. The manager's behaviour towards me was very punitive and I left feeling humiliated. Her language, attitude and demeanor were very intimidating. Furthermore, she did not allow me to return a pair of faulty sunglasses with a receipt because I did not also retain the forever new label. Bizarrely another shop assistant then came over with a spare sheet of forever new labels and stuck one on my toddler's hand. The sunglasses were advertised as category 3 - high sun glare reduction and I explained when I first put them on outside they were extremely glary and did not funtion to reduce glare and that I could therfore not use them. After speaking with customer service on the phone they declined a refund because they did not consider it a major fault (despite them not fulfilling their major funtion to protect my eyes from the sun). I was eventually allowed to exhange the glasses for another item in the store of equal value. When I asked if I could come back another day to choose the item, without my toddler, who was very restless by this stage, I was told no. So I asked the manager what was available for the same price hoping she could provide some options while I comforted my son and she just turned her back on me. I asked if I could come back after attending to my toddler and asked for a credit note for the agreed exchange but they told me they couldn't give me one. So I went to leave and the assistant then handed back the faulty glasses and insisted I take them with me. I tried to explain that I had just returned them. She said she didn't understand it either but that I should ask for her when I came back. It's the afternoon now and I still don't have enough courage to go back in there.

Get most of my dresses from forever new as they are very beautiful. The customer service ranges from time to time. Sometimes the girls are very friendly and helpful the other days not at all
