Avoid swimartLike my wife said in her review.No accountability No responsibility and definitely didn't clean pool.We tenant a lovely home and had agreed to pay for the fortnight interval service.Chemical level always out of control....our friends daughter swimmers went from pink to white our eyes were all burningNever actual cleaned or vacuum pool.....this was an ongoing issue with different technician attending (if thats what you could call them) changing the pool chlorination levelsWhen notified of problems never came back to resolve.Eventually i said don't bother coming (in writing) still showed and charged and hadn't cleaned pool as i was home that day.We also check this two other times, put the timer on once was here for 2 mins the other time 5 mins for a full clean? What a jokePulled pool cover back 2m and took a photo this is there evidence that they cleaned the pool and a print out of the pool levels and if they actual read them they would realize something was wrongUnless your home every time they attend and watch what they do Avoid Swimart

Knowledgeable staff and good selection of pool equipment. I've stopped with the pool tests since my home tests are much more reliable, but continue to use their callout. Bill has been awesome to accommodate recent emergencies.

Swimart Mona Vale were involved in the construction and implementation of this complex pool build and were on hand and responsive throughout the whole process, including all post-commissioning visits and regular ongoing pool maintenance. They are friendly, approachable, very experienced and flexible. Highly recommended!

Swimart at Mona Vale have been servicing my pool on Mondays. Usually I am not here on that day. Today, Monday, I was at my house and the pool maintenance man did not come. I received an invoice this morning for service on 7 November (yesterday, Sunday) and photos dated 8 November of the pool after the service. The photos were fakes as this morning the spa cover is filled with last night's rain (there is no sign of this in his photo) and also the bag on the pool cleaner has not been emptied. I contacted Bill at Swimart Mona Vale who simply said 'Apologies'. This claim for a service which didn't happen is completely dishonest, as are the photos. No stars for this company.

I came to Swimart after another pool shop in the same street tried to rip me off for repairing my robotic cleaner. I asked Swimart for a quote to repair the cleaner and I got an honest price and reasonable labour charge. The job was done in a week and am very happy with the result and the service.

Avoid Swimart Monavale, like the previous reviewer avoid them at all cost.They pretend to show and never do unless you can be home and check then probably work will not be done.We made so many complaints about chorine levels feel on deaf ears.Even when we advised them not to attend any longer still showed after we said and sms don't come.We know they didn't clean pool as the cover was on and they didn't know we were at home he was in and out in 2 minutes and then charge for a full services.Be careful everybody

Very Positive experience with Bill and the team. They did a pool system relocation for me. Very fair pricing and excellent response times with questions. Great follow up support as well. I would definitely use them again.
