Very happy with Somerset Council. They have always assisted promptly. Their Somerset community is important to them. Councillors and staff great and accessible. A 10/10 from me!

The counter staff need a real lesson on dealing with the public. The words Customer Service don't seem to be in their vocabulary and if it is, they don't know what it means.I don't think I've ever met a more unhelpful, arrogant, rude and self centred person in my life.Obviously I was below her and she was oozing a hollier than thou attitude.I suggest that this counter hopper needs more training and fast and if she can't learn how to interact with people, get rid of her.I think a job in the morgue would suit her just fine.No interaction with the clients there.

I would 100% support the previous review from C van Arkel. Yes there were 2 ladies there but the one who attended to me was totally devoid of customer service. She needs to give thought to the reality that everywhere she goes, she is the customer. Then have a good look in the mirror and ask herself, is that how she wants to be spoken to?""
