*edited to 5 stars on the basis of a prompt, heartfelt, authentic reply to my initial review, which makes me think it will be a lovely cafe with great service if I’m able to go when they’re open. Google lists the opening hours incorrectly (hence my initial review). If you’re planning to visit this cafe I’d recommend you check the opening hours via some other non-Google way.

This petit cafe is an oasis on the busy Military Road. Although the cafe is small, the backyard offers plenty of space so you can enjoy your coffee or tea. The food is delicious, it's hard to pick a favourite, but I must say that the croissant is probably the best in Sydney. And don't forget the tarts, they are definitely to die for.

My pup was getting groomed at Rufus & Coco next door and the groomer gave me a card for a free coffee. The back patio was so cute and very quiet for being on military road! I will be back for a brunch or lunch soon!

Sydney, MosmanCourtyard cafe approached via a medieval like alleyway or directly through to the rear of furnishing store. Courtyard flanked by nice grand singed timber seats against a sheer masonry wall backdrop. You find yourself miles away from Military Rd traffic noise. Nice coffee with super smooth froth. Well made croissant with prosciutto, cheddar and salad for brunch. Nice

Great french made croissant, maybe the best i have had in Sydney.Other food like ratatouille is ok for me but my friends like it. Customer service very good. The french waiter is very friendly, attentive and very helpful. Will come back for more french desserts.

This hidden gem is a must!I stopped in on my way to Manly with my wife and Dad. The food is very good, as was the service.It’s so peaceful in the open courtyard. We didn’t want to leave.Walking down a tight alleyway to get to it made it even better.

I popped in today with my husband for a quick lunch. It was delicious will definately be back when we both have more time we sat in the charming little courtyard. Very chic.
