Ocean Grill on the Bay
Really disappointing experience. Came here expecting a nice dinner and fresh grilled seafood. Instead, the meal disappointed. Chips were soggy, fish and calamari weren't enjoyable, and they only gave one tiny little packet of mass produced tartare sauce for the whole seafood pack. I asked for more tartare sauce and they wanted to charge me another 50c for a small mass produced packet. Furthermore, I asked for a cup so I could pour some water in from my big bottle for my little son and they claimed they had no glasses or cups. What type of a restaurant has no glasses or cups? The biggest let down from my time in Batemans Bay. I'd avoid.

Love their grilled fish and fresh salad. Have ditched battered fish for grilled and absolutely love this place for it. If your really hungry a fish pack will probably need to be ordered twice if you’ve come off a bike ride. Always fresh and place is always clean!

Our go to burger spot in the bay! George and Dora are super lovely, friendly and go above and beyond to make sure we have a nice meal. Amazing schnitzel burgers too!

Food taste good but very bad service maybe because of we are not local but Chinese looking. We ordered a family pack, there’s 6 of us, no cutlery for you to eat it, we requested only gave us 2 forks, not even a knife. They do not provide any paper cups even if you purchase any drinks from them. Not friendly at all.

wonderful staff amazing food and incredible prices!!I'm sure I'll still be full tomorrow, the burgers are absolutely massive. The chips and scallops were perfectly cooked.great location, definitely worth the stop, is a must try!!we will be back!!

Had the Cala pack which has 6 pieces of calamari and chips. The calamari rings were huge and tender, and the chips were some of the best tasting chips I've had. They deep fry the food fresh when you order it! Prices are reasonable too. Great little spot in Batemans Bay!

The food here is fresh and absolutely brilliant. Will definitely come back here when I visit the area. Quick service. Great taste. They have some indoor dining space as well. I would rather recomnend doing a takeaway and sitting on the public benches opposite, facing the river. Their location is brilliant with plenty of public parking in front.

We enjoyed, some chips and potato scallops which were a bit greasy, and cost an arm and a leg but that's Batemans bay for you anyway, a bit of a tourist trap. If we all had a burger and chips maybe a piece of fish or two, we would of spent well over $100. Not sure spending that much is worth just a burger?
