I ordered some replacement parts for an old skylight over the phone. The team were pretty helpful and the timeframe to get them into stock was ok. Was particularly impressed with the bloke in the warehouse that actually got my items for me, he was really upbeat, super polite and seemed like a genuinely nice guy. Big change from the normal store men you come across.

I hate going to one stop. Open the door and stand awkwardly while 5 blokes look at you and look back at their screens.Go to the back to pick up order, no one knows where items are. Getting stuff delivered is fine, minus the dealing with the counter staff. Young bloke with the glasses is the only bloke willing to help
