Danny was great, difficult two story roof to get on to but he found a way, fixed air con within 20 min

We had our Gas Fire serviced by Jamie, it need to have the Pilot Light replaced & now works extremely well again, I found Jamie to be a very Polite person & a very clean worker, I can highly recommend Service It.

Our Service was conducted by Mark, he was prompt and called us prior to let us know he was on his way. He was friendly and professional in his approach, he ensured the safety of our heaters and cleaned up after his work. I will definitely contract him for future maintenance and highly recommend this business

Great service! Mark was careful of my special requirement to be as fragrance free as possible, and did a great job getting my heater back in working order. It's great to find someone who is willing, and able, to repair appliances. Quote upfront, timely arrival and good advice to extend the life of the heater were much appreciated too.

Hi,I would like to take this opportunity in thanking Service IT regarding their professional service, we had Ben the technician who first came out to fix our ducted heating service. Ben could not have been more knowledgeable and professional in his work, 2 days later we had our power cut off at our property for at least 30 minutes, unfortunately we had the same error code show up on our wall unit which was the error code that brought Ben from Service IT back again to our property. No fault of Ben as he thoroughly checked our heating unit the first visit, reset the circuit board, etc, etc, achieved getting our heating system up and running again perfectly until the power cut off mishap.Heating system was running perfectly until when our power was cut off as said earlier showing same error code, I emailed Service IT after hours, Mark the owner showing excellent customer service, called me back within 30 minutes (after hours) advising what button to reset, he said if no success please call in morning during working hours to arrange someone to come out. Mark, thank you, as your call alone showed your company service is by far way above and beyond many other companies in this field.The reception I spoke to the next morning, sorry I forgot her name, was so friendly, understanding and professional that she organised Ben to come out within 4 hours that day, wow, talk about service, on Ben arrival he discovered with the power shutdown a faulty capacitor had emerged, he immediately replaced it with a new one, heating is good as gold.If anybody requires professional people to help them with their heating problems, SERVICE IT would be the only company I would recommend on all levels value for dollar and service.Again thank you to Ben, Mark and the lovely receptionist.Regards Kevin Welsh ( Hawthorn )
