For unknown reasons I have been transferred to this company have requested for a transfer nothing , I sent an email no response , I now have to call them to request again. No communication what so ever.

It really is luck of the draw who is handling your case and if they have their quota of cases.I've had two really good people who were helpful and on the ball. These good ones helped me find employment or pushed through my application for NEIS.However, I have had two who kept forgetting to file reports, lost track of my attendance, or did not inform/remind me of vital appointments. Their mistakes were causing my payments to be delayed and me to miss job opportunities and appointments. These delays further cause me to be unable to purchase equipment and uniforms for some job opportunities.Thank goodness, I have recently found my own paid employment through Star Now and Facebook networking. If you are looking for a job, my advice is to seek it out on your own, don't let them keep you on their books by mishandling your case. If you have to choose between chasing up on them and a job opportunity, go for the job opportunity.

Abe is the best. This dude actually cares about people. He remembers people and he has shown the utmost care and compassion for others (more than I have ever seen in a job network provider anywhere)

Staff are informative and supportive , only issue I have is the length of time for reimbursement, as we all know being on newstart your money is like gold! I know of other agencies to reimburse within 48 hours , I'm still waiting to 2 weeks later! Only to be told its being processed through the finance department! As a dedicated job seeker I am readily eager to do what is necessary to gain employment! So basically that lack of understanding people on tight budgets is not there interest.

Had an appoint at 1PM, sent to a room waited 25 minutes tand it was not until I asked a question when I was told the person I had an appointment was not there today. No email to tell me that and the receptionist did not tell me. No one would have told me if I had not asked a question.
