Nathan was super helpful! Possibly the best Harvey Norman employee I’ve ever come across! Other helpful staff were Taylah and Kobe, but I hands down recommend Nathan to anyone who comes into this store! Go in and ask for Nathan’s help! He’s amazing

Don't bother trying to ring this store, the receptionist thinks refrigerators are computers. And the 3 people I spoke with were impersonal and unhelpful.

It is almost certain the OMA2215-AU Articulating Mount was incompatible for the 32 inch Samsung tv we bought from Mornington Harvey Norman on Friday 04-NOV-2022.However the salesman from this store said it was. When we bought it and later when we called for help, when none of the screws provided with the mount would not catch the thread from the rear of the tv. You see Samsung tv's had changed their design and a longer screw was needed to attach that mount to the rear of the tv. The salesman told us this but then said that that you must of picked up an older mount, one without the longer screws, but it is compatible he said. But I thought if its compatible then why are reattending to get longer screws. So we reattended the Mornington Store, without further reimbursement for the cost of fuel, which is $2.14 a litre, which we had to drive from Frankston to Mornington, as the Frankston store did not have any; the sales person had called them for us. Luckily the cost of the screws was free. It is suggested before they promise something does something, they test it to see. But thanks for the screws.

Went into Harvey Norman Mornington in early April and Oscar in the computer department was very helpful, even took the his own time out to help me setup my device with no extra charge.Will most definitely be returning in the future!

Excellent customer service by Memo in Frankston store. He helped us select a fabulous range of classy furniture. Memo listened to our needs as he guided us through furnishings helping us make wise choices. In one word he was triumphant!!!

A great experience from Abbey from Sales , good info to make my decision to purchase the shaver package with a discount. I mentioned to the weekend manager that she is an asset to your organisation. WELL DONE ABBEY .

Used click and collect. Waited 15 minutes after using the app to let them know I had arrived. Then gave them a call before being attended too . Not a smooth and efficient process.

This store is hopeless I want buy something with my Amex card but the system has been down for six days, that’s right six days! They can’t even say when it will be rectified.They clearly don’t want my business
