Totally disgusted when we went to pay for the layby, the price increase $10 extra because it wasn’t on sale anymore. The girl who served us was rude. And you can not increase a price on a layby, for a just because reason! Especially when the layby was initiated a week before hand!! Staff need to learn respect and manners!! Totally Disappointed!!!

The cute staff at the counter were fun and one was another CR fan. Auto 5 stars. Got called out about my spending habits tho so I threatened to make a 1 star review but honestly I deserved it.

I absolutely love going here, the customer service is exceptional! No matter how busy it is, the lovely staff always go above and beyond to make sure you're well looked after and get the most out of your visit. I'll definitely be going back! Couldn't be happier with every experience I have.

Fair variety of items, staff are friendly and willing to chat however items come at a higher price than online for obvious reasons.... not ideal when already paying $300 plus for a product. great for small purchases however I would shop online for a competitive price of larger buys.

The opening hours listed on a Sunday are 9am to 4pm. We arrived at 9:07 and the shop wasn't open, fair enough sometimes there are problems with the store causing a slight time delay. We then came back around 9:15 and the shop was still not open, okay we thought we'd go to another shop to get other things we needed and come back. 9:30 we returned and the shop was still not open. We had to go somewhere else to get what we needed. We do enjoy the products sold at Zing and it was a shame to have to go somewhere else.
