Today I enjoyed a conducted tour of the Avida Plant at Emu Plains. The tour was lead by a very knowledgeable and communicative Avida Customer Manager and his aide. I was impressed by the world class manufacturing process and attention to Quality. Well done.

We have had a sad experience upgrading from an Avida Leura to a Step up Birdsville .... After just 10km the Fiat engine error'd & now even after 5 Weeks it sits idle ... It's been back & forth twice & we have waited for Fiat Professional Repairs to try & rectify the problems . We are hopeful that a new Repair Shop will rectify the faults with the new Model Fiat soon ...It shocks us that Australian Mega dealers treat vehicle warranty repairs so poorly with no apparent rush or concern ..... You can literally drive out of a dealer with a faulty Vehicle & it is your problem to manage the repairs .... You are not told this at Purchase time ... get yr salesman to modify his contract to include the management of repairs of Faulty RV's under 1000 KM or money back . Australian Consumer Law has drifted into the unfair . The worst part is our Leura was a gem of an engine & it was my idea to upgrade.

I ordered a part via the website and it hasn't arrived and trying to contact Avida is impossible as they just redirect me to a dealer.Update : I found their Number on another post And found out it was a computer Glitch.But Avida have to find some way to list their Number rather than direct you to a dealer when you order a part directly from them

My partner and I along with Eulylah" the very well travelled Red Heeler have just returned from "Living the Dream" in the Avida Esperance Motorhome. It truly was like being in a 5 star hotel. All the comforts of home. The quality and workmanship of this motorhome upon stepping inside for the first time just left me "beside myself". The trip started in Wodonga where the motorhome was purchased through Wodonga Car World whereas I cannot speak highly enough with the professionalism from Anthony Forti. From Wodonga through to N.S.W. and back to Queensland our travels concluded in just after 4 weeks. Everything ran so smoothly. We are so happy to be the proud owners of this beautiful motor home and the excellent service and after-care provided by Avida."

The people at Avida - Emu Plains were absolutely fantastic. My mother suffered a broken window 1 day before leaving to go an extended trip. Contacted Avida and got transferred to Carl in Service department at 3 O'clock in the afternoon. he called straight back to say they located 2 available windows, had the window delivered next morning and fitted by that afternoon meaning my mum didn't miss her departure time.Thank you Avida for putting the meaning of customer back into :customer service"

We purchased our Birdsville from Australia Motorhomes and caravans at Bennetts Green NSW.We had a great salesman Rob who was very helpful and happy to answer any questions we had.When we picked up our motorhome we were given a very comprehensive handover of our new vehicle by the most patient and knowledgeable person anyone could wish for. We are now enjoying our new vehicle.

Right from the moment we walked into the showroom at Bennetts Green we felt this company was special, the presentation and cleanliness was outstanding. Rob O'Brien the salesperson took us on a purchase journey, delivering us exceptional value that exceeded our expectations. The process from order to delivery was excellent, the delivery day was smooth and professionally demonstrated by Tom, we felt valued customers throughout. We cannot praise the company and staff enough, we left the dealership feeling we had received value for money. We have owned our new AVIDA ESPERANCE for 3 months. It is really Noisy, we have to have the music loud to cover the noise. Tested at between 75 - 85 decibels last trip. I know roads are a little bumpy but that’s ridiculous.Our friends travelling with us don’t hear anything at all in their Jayco. Not one rattle.Lousy TV reception. Most places we can’t get any signal. When I questioned this, I was informed by a sarcastic man at the main factory at Emu Plains, can’t be anything wrong if it’s working. Yeah, working fine at home but not when travelling.Electric Hot Water failed after one trip.Water came in at entry where the vent is.Trim on entry step poorly fitted.Love the layout, Most things can be fixed. The guys at Nowra are great.If only it didn’t rattle and shake. For $200,000 I expected quality and definitely did not expect the noise. Should have bought a Jayco. No noise at all. No rattle at all.

we purchased our Birdsville motorhome from Australian Motor Homes in Bennets Green. The sales staff were most helpful during the process as well as keeping us update on progress given the delays in scheduling because of COVID and supply line issues but we now have it. The handover process was well done at Australian Motor Homes with a very comprehensive explanation of everything over a 4-hour period. The Birdsville is on a Fiat Ducato chassis and the only downside of that is the lack of service agents for warranty issues (there are more service centres that can do logbook servicing). But that's the same for other chassis too.

I bought a Lomgreach motor home. My main problem is dealing with warranty work. Currently bubbles appeared on the driver’s side door where it had been repaired before not from the time it was delivered to me until now". They have blamed Isuzu that it was their problem (I bought that M/Home from Avida not Isuzu)
