Hello, I ordered tonight my food at 10:40ish and I was suppose to received my food around 11:01-11:11; HOWEVER I never received my food and I tried to call the store and I had no answer. I always order from here and even later sometimes because I finish work late. I would like to have a refund for my food, please.

Ordered 3 pizzas online plus pack of 12 churros last night. This would be my worst purchase from this store. Dough on pizza was stale, not fresh hardly any toppings on pizza. . The churros was hard and stale had no cinnamon sugar on it . Tried to ring store twice but was on hold for 15 minutes with their recording message.so gave up and hung up . Last night was totally a waste of $50 dollars.

Soggy crusts on the pizzas, maybe they are not being cooked long enough and little to no sauce on the bbq meat lovers. Really bad pizzas.

Absolute disgrace. Not only was our pizza half an hour longer than the longest expected time of arrival, our pizza arrived cold and bland. The wings were soggy and had a tiny drizzle of sauce! Lava pastry dessert thing was overcooked and burnt. The only thing that was of a decent edibility was the shrunken attempt of a lava cake.. won’t be returning to this place ever again.

On Friday night i ordered a pepperoni pizza, I waited 40 minutes after being told 15 minutes and when the pizza finally came at roughly 8:10pm it had no sauce, no cheese and only pepperoni that would fall off when you picked up a slice. I called dominoes and told them the situation, the lady said she remembered me and my order and that it’s weird my pizza was the way it was. I did not get an apology and waited another 50 minutes for a Normal pepperoni pizza to be delivered and so I didn’t get to have my pizza until 9pm at night. Absolutely appalled by the lack of service.

I have bought Dominos pizzas many times. Shellharbour is a very bad pizza. I ordered Large Supreme and charged me $ 18.00. They don't have young onions and put too much sauce. I asked them to return my money because they didn't have young onions and because they poured the whole pizza with sauce, but they didn't want to return my money either. I threw the pizza in the trash. I went to Dominos Albion Park the same pizza was $ 14.95. The pizza was perfectly good. I will never buy from Shellharbour Dominos Pizza again.

Have to say I was pretty disappointed with our pizza's today from Domino's Shellharbour. They were not very appealing and honestly very bland and tasteless. The toppings were thinly spread and the crust was so thin, I thought I was eating paper. The only positive was the meatballs and garlic bread. We did experience good customer service from the driver - which was great! You need to lift your game - very very very disappointing. We certainly will not be back.

Got Garlic Prawns pizza. When delivered hardly warm and pizza base doughy and undercooked. Below average and for $62 for 2 pizza s hardly cheap.
