Tried to buy a couple bags of salt earlier this week. Was rudely told on the phone to pay online and if j wasn't able to make it within the hour he would put the bags of salt back on the market.Worst pool store ever.

Your junior sales assistant was so super friendly and nice. I did not have a clue on pools but he filled me in on all the ins and outs of pool care and what products would be right for my pool. I was honestly surprised by his level of knowledge, it seemed as though he had worked there for 40 years! Keep up the great work guys.

The 'handover service' for a a first time pool owner was good value. I was more impressed however, that someone was willing to spend half an hour over the phone, guiding me step by step through a difficult problem concerning the pool pump and vacuuming. Great service over the counter as well. They always have time for you.

Just got evicted from our rental because of poolside damage to the motor of the pool which they blame on us!You never see the same face servicing your pool, they never knock to say they are on the premises, they are also very unfriendly! Won’t recommend them to anyone!Just gave you a star to leave the review!Now I have to find a new house to rent with a newborn! Thanks guys
