Cannington Leisureplex

Great place to hire for an indoor party with play equipment for toddlers and young children under 7 years old. Suitable place to hold parties for children. They provide a special chair for the birthday person or kid to sit in while cutting cake and guests sing the birthday song. Has doors or gates enclosure to keep kids running out of the room. Outside the big party room you have toilets all inside the building. It’s next to the swimming pool. Lots of car bays for guests to park nearby. We had a three year old birthday party held here. Clean up before you leave as there are other booked parties. Clean place.

I've been to this swimming center for 2 months, every facility was really satisfying and I really enjoyed swimming class. However, I won't come here anymore because I was really disappointed with the customer service.Someone put my shoe in the garbage bin in changing room when I was changing my clothes in shower booth. I was so offended and shocked for it. I almost felt like some racist did it because I did nothing but just changing my clothes! I told about it at the reception. After that, they called duty officer for me and we had talk for a while.The officer's attitude was bad. He said 'So you got your shoe back? Then all good.' And I said that some action should be done for it. Because there's someone who put others shoe in the bin for no reason! But he just said there's no camera in changing room and there's nothing he can't do. I expected him at least to apologize what happened to me but he never said 'I apologize for it' or 'I'm so sorry for that.' I felt like the conversation was such a waste of time. I hope you to educate him about proper attitude he should have for customers.

I am loving it. I used to visit to gym regularly here. Not crowded much. But seeing people's awareness towards health this gym needs expansion.

I just visited Cannington library and requested about various books & magazines. Sofie, the library staff member helped me immensely and she got so much of patience and knowledge about all the books and magazines available in the library. Never in my 18 years of living in WA, I found such an efficient and wise person in a library.Thank you Cannington Library for having such an amazing employee like Sofie.

Tried to get through to swim school reception, was listening to the automated recording for about 8mins before someone picked up & put me through to god knows where, sat listening for about 15mins, I hung up tried another option to be told there is no one at the swim school desk today when someone finally picked up.Based on a few other reviews this is an ongoing issue where re training of basic customer service needs to be given. Of answering the phone.I will be enrolling my child else where.

I have been a member of Leisureplex for over three years . My daily routine after the gym is to visit Epica Cafe for my coffee . It is very clean , coffee is excellent . Special mention to the cafe manager Raymae , always has a smile , always knows your name and always knows what you have without asking .I can well recommend.

The Leisureplex is a great facility, but too many people sneak into the wellness area . They either wait near the door and walk in behind others or share their tags/tickets and some just let others in. A better door system or just more policing needed.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Lied multiple times about facilities being booked or busy to ensure we do not attend. One very rude employee by the name of Ivan who when I was standing there waiting to get served, he stared at his computer for about 2 minutes knowing I was waiting before attending to me. Even after the horrific wait, I was rudely told, we’re busy right now when there was visibly 2 courts free.

We will be cancelling our membership and going elsewhere after today. Almost everytime we come 90% of the pool is blocked off for swimming lessons. Whilst I understand they run swimming lessons (of which my children are involved in) I feel this is getting out of control.
