Kym is an outstanding agent. One of the best I know. He is very considerate and works in your best interests whether you are buying or selling. I have had Kym and his team managing a small rental (and sell) and they have been excellent. If there are any issues they are easy to contact for anything that needs to be followed up on. Kym is very flexible to work with and if small maintenance issues arise on your property he can be known to have plumbing tape and tools to do the small 'handyman' jobs when he is passing by. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
